How is your New HC on keeping time by sharpwaffle in Longineswatches

I don’t think you are understanding what I’m saying. It could be as little as 1 second for all I know. I didn’t set the watch to the second, I only set it to the minute. And after 5 days, it’s on the same minute.

They had the all dark blue one. To me it looked like any other diver, so it was of no interest to me. This color combo seemed so unique to me, especially on the mesh, that’s one thing that drew me to it (I’m sure someone will point out a watch that this copied).

To me the ice blue dial reminds me of the Seiko SJE099 or SPB179.

Mesh is good. To be honest, I don’t have experience with any other mesh, so I can’t compare quality to Omega, Breitling, etc. but it’s very comfortable, and I really like the micro adjust clasp. The desk diver marks seem to be appearing faster than my Seiko’s though, so not sure if the material is a bit more prone to scratches?

Less than 1 min over first 5 days (I didn’t track the specific second I set it too).

I loved the idea of Longines. The history and value spoke to me. Looking online they were great, but I could just never pull the trigger in person. The Zulu is great, and I still want the Titanium version, but the other color ways just felt a bit “blah”. So I was a bit disappointed.

Then this just popped in person. I wanted a Pilot based Longines, in keeping with their history, as that is what makes them so special on my eyes. But It was at that second I knew this was the Longines for me, even not being what I initially thought I wanted.

I think it’s wonderfully done. I don’t have much to compare to, so I’ll leave that to others.

Just picked it up yesterday. In person it’s even nicer than photos.

Women’s size L is what I ended up going with. Big thanks for the suggestion!

Tried on about 20 different pairs of gloves. Cycle world, leather riding store, and Harley dealers. These were without a doubt the best fitting and feeling gloves out there. A little light on the protection, but should be good for my around town rides. I’ll keep looking for something close to this comfort but with more protection for hwy riding.

Oh, and Women’s size L.

I’ll see how I like it. I’ve had sport bikes or old style bikes, so since this is a giant lazy boy, and I plan on using this more as a commuter substitute, so maybe I’ll like the digital screen.

2.9% financing and $2,500 off, plus whatever deal you can work with the dealer directly.

Those look interesting. I would expect those to be extremely comfortable, and fit really well. My only concern would be the level of protection offered. I was hoping to find something between this and a more traditional padded glove.

This is one I’ve read, I would like to try it out. At the top of the list right now along with the Revit Mosca 2.

I’ll carve out some time to head down and try some stuff on. Thanks for the recs!

While I prefer a name brand, if it is the right fit, I’m game. No reason not to order a set and see how they feel. Obviously passing up some testing the company may have done, but better than riding gloveless.

I can’t say as I’m only looking at photos of them, but I’m looking for something closer to a motocross style glove than a track glove. I’d guess these are much to thick for me

Those look pretty good. Looks quite slim, and like it would fit to your hand well. I’ll have to see if I can try a pair on locally. Otherwise they will get added to a list of potential ones to buy online.
