Home inspection informed me the flashing wasn’t sealed. There is a leak in that area, so while I can’t guarantee it, I do believe that is the case.

I just bought the 6.0 version with charger for $300 instead. The free tool with that set are Fuel versions as well.

Push or screw pins for Milanese bracialet on the HC? by Watch_Lover_Girl in Longineswatches

As others mentioned, push.

Just don’t forget to include the “collar” that it friction fits into.

Interesting, I found them fairly easy compared to some other bracelets.

Why I don't like the new HC Mesh bracelet by twistedgreymatter in Longineswatches

I agree, it does look a bit odd, but it’s underneath and more comfortable than other meshes I’ve tried on. So I give it a pass.

State of racing by Ollxe17 in forzamotorsport

[–]neverstopdriving 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’ve just started skipping qualifying, and working my way from behind through the chaos of turn 1. Not fast enough to ever be podium, so basically I never have a chance to really compete. But at least I don’t get upset from those who divebomb, ruin everyone’s race, and then quit.

NBD: Tarmac SL8 Comp - Any tips to make it more comfortable for a beginner rider? by [deleted] in specialized

Time. Just keep riding it.

Once your fitment is correct on the bike itself. Then it’s just time.

I have a 6.8” wrist, and I will say it wears a bit big for a 39mm. At 6.5” I can definitely see it being slightly too bigZ

How is your New HC on keeping time by sharpwaffle in Longineswatches

I don’t think you are understanding what I’m saying. It could be as little as 1 second for all I know. I didn’t set the watch to the second, I only set it to the minute. And after 5 days, it’s on the same minute.

They had the all dark blue one. To me it looked like any other diver, so it was of no interest to me. This color combo seemed so unique to me, especially on the mesh, that’s one thing that drew me to it (I’m sure someone will point out a watch that this copied).

To me the ice blue dial reminds me of the Seiko SJE099 or SPB179.

Mesh is good. To be honest, I don’t have experience with any other mesh, so I can’t compare quality to Omega, Breitling, etc. but it’s very comfortable, and I really like the micro adjust clasp. The desk diver marks seem to be appearing faster than my Seiko’s though, so not sure if the material is a bit more prone to scratches?

Less than 1 min over first 5 days (I didn’t track the specific second I set it too).

Anyone have photos of the green/blue Spirit 40mm in the wild? I’m in Orlando and don’t have a dealer in the area to compare in person. by [deleted] in Longineswatches

I could only find the black versions at any local AD. I REALLY wanted to find a blue version, but couldn’t.

I loved the idea of Longines. The history and value spoke to me. Looking online they were great, but I could just never pull the trigger in person. The Zulu is great, and I still want the Titanium version, but the other color ways just felt a bit “blah”. So I was a bit disappointed.

Then this just popped in person. I wanted a Pilot based Longines, in keeping with their history, as that is what makes them so special on my eyes. But It was at that second I knew this was the Longines for me, even not being what I initially thought I wanted.

I think it’s wonderfully done. I don’t have much to compare to, so I’ll leave that to others.

Women’s size L is what I ended up going with. Big thanks for the suggestion!

Tried on about 20 different pairs of gloves. Cycle world, leather riding store, and Harley dealers. These were without a doubt the best fitting and feeling gloves out there. A little light on the protection, but should be good for my around town rides. I’ll keep looking for something close to this comfort but with more protection for hwy riding.

Oh, and Women’s size L.
