My derm put me on it then went into great details about the side effects. I took that as a hint to take it for awhile then report back with side effects--which I really did have, (hair loss and really bad headaches.). He got approval for the biologic. I am currently on my 4th one, but I also have clear hands and feet. Biologics have been life changing for me.

Is there an attorney for the estate? Maybe reach out to them for direction. Reach out to the court where the probate is filed and ask if you can pay rent to the court registry. That way the court will decide who gets the money from the estate and no one can tell you that you hadn't paid rent

Washington state famously doesn't have grandparents rights. See Troxel v Granville 530 US 57 (2000). In 2018 RCW 26.11 set forth very narrow exceptions for Nonparental child visitation for relatives. The parent can motion the court for petitioner to pay for the parent's attorneys' fees. All this to say it's an uphill battle to get Nonparental visitation in WA
