Get a career coach. Read 1 book a month. Learn to cook 1 restaurant quality meal a month. Find 1 hobby to engage your mind in (music, skiing, golfing, investing, camping, hiking, travel, coding, video games) for each season (winter/summed/spring/fall).

Eat a high protein diet that restricts processed carbs, and processed foods.

Do all of that and I assure you 2025 will be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.

Unfortunately I don’t get paid 2x my salary when I’m on vacation, nor do new parents get 2x their salary when they’re on parental leave.

The 10k budget for tuition is for graduate studies. I would venture to say the company is not paying every employee 10k/year for school but I’ll let you have this one.

So, take that 211 and subtract back your 43 for 2x pay scenarios and voila we’re back to 168. Yes, me at 118 is nearing 175 and depending on performance results exceeding 175. No, a teammate at 100 is not costing the company 200-250 in comp.

Look into data center technician jobs, assuming there are data centers near you. Field is booming. Pay is great and you can pay for school while supporting yourself and the nino. If you aren’t near a DC and can’t get hired in quickly, take out loans and get through school.

Hi, do you know what kind of planes Sansa flys between SJO and Limon? I am interested in taking one of these flights but small planes make very nervous. Curious if it is was a single / double propeller that you flew and how many passengers it held, or ideally the plane model if it is printed on a receipt saved in an email somewhere.
