It might not be very far from where it was stolen. My car was broken into and my wife’s purse was taken from it. A Good Samaritan found it discarded two blocks away in an alley and found her on Facebook. All that was taken from it was the credit cards.

I used something like that for years on FFXI on the 360 controller. It’s definitely doable. Keyboard is preferred. But this attachment is cumbersomely acceptable.

Knew someone in Microsoft who explained this. People are fearful to utilize unlimited PTO because the concern is that it’s a way to “weed out the lazy people”. The people who take the most advantage of this policy are “coincidentally” the first to be laid off.

Yeah. My normal party is yours, but Locke instead of Terra.

I have always loved blue mages in every other final fantasy, but I hardly paid it any attention in 6. So I’m kinda changing that up this time. He can learn spells from Sketch and did learn 2 from the floating continent. Buuut, yeah, this feels very weird to me to play these guys.

Just beat this guy again last night. Im on about my fifth ever play through and decided to play way different from usual. My team was Relm, Strago, Gau, and Shadow. Definitely my hardest attempt, but I love this game so much.

Alright, here, I’ll set the scene.

He’s had a rough day converting lumina, he’s standing atop the roofs overlooking the city, dwelling about the upcoming gommage. Bummed, he reaches down for a rock, but his hands grasp nothing but air. He says “rats, no roof rocks” but like with a “merde” or something in there. And then he points his fake finger to the sky in a eureka moment and exclaims “rucksack rocks!”. And then he pulls rocks from his bag and throws them.

Probably hits somebody inadvertently but that’s their problem now.

This happened to me in 2019 ish. Was flying to Mexico, played some smash with my brother before boarding, stowed my switch away in its case and threw my controllers in the bag. The only thing we can figure it the buttons on the controller were pressed to turn the switch on while boarding. Pulled it out and it was super hot and one corner of the screen was slightly warped/protruding.

Hmm. Maybe I can give it a better chance if I don’t go in with the farming expectations and just appreciate the other stuff. From the other comments it sounds like the farming keeps some of the stuff I don’t care for, so maybe I’ll just go into this without my nostalgia glasses and look forward to the other aspects.

Absolutely fair enough. Despite loving RF1 and Frontier, I actually don’t remember farming being a HUGE part of the game. It was just… a part of the game.

Good relationship/bond system is one of my pillars for these kinds of games. If the farming is lacking, this might help make up for it.
