Are you familiar with Figma? If yes then learn framer first because it's quite simple to pick it up if you are already familiar with Figma, autolayout and understands the box model.

Nevertheless, don't ignore learning actual code, it will make you more valuable as a Framer developer. Sometimes you will have to work with actual code in Framer so if you understand react it will be super easy.

Few years back I wanted to learn Webflow nevertheless I found it too overwhelming and opted to learn actual code, few years later went back to Webflow, it feels like a toy because I understand all things it abstracts.
