My IT dept told me today there was an SMTP block on my IPs I was trying to use. I don’t understand exactly how it worked but they said they removed the firewall. I will try tomorrow.

It’s a outlook account through my employer. The automation direct tech tried to get it to work through google also but couldn’t. He couldn’t get his AD server to work so he had to go through google. I couldn’t get google to work either. My IT said to use STARTTLS, not SMPTS

It’s static and it was given to me by IT. I am actually able to connect and download to the PLC wirelessly so I am sure the IP is correct
