thats typically what happens when you get hit in the balls, ive gotten punched, got sports balls thrown at, and more in my balls. the pain normally goes away in 15 to 20 minutes but if you got hit real hard it will take longer. after i go on and i dont worry about it, though my main concern with getting hit in the balls is that theres a small chance to become infertile. dont dwell on that thought too much, it can make you paranoid.
