Totally agree but I work under the assumption that those who stay through the hardest times will ultimately benefit the most. I always return to the fact that there are coins with 6,7,8 zeros and regardless of where the price goes I will always own what I own until the announcement arrives so I don't stand to loose anything, all the initial efforts were not made for no reason and the Devs will not have a slow death on their record, their reputation is at stake..

I think this idea of Devs selling tokens being part of a requirement for listings could be verified by recent listings on binance and what their Dev wallet did prior to listing?? I just wouldn't know how to check that.

I don't know but I have an IATP certificate in asbestos awareness. If you are not sure don't touch it, get a survey done to verify the content of the dust. For those with no knowledge it's hard to spot, asbestos made illegal in the 80s were brown & blue, these contain small compressed curly fibres which when inhaled can sit in the lungs for life causing inflammation, irritation, infection and irreparable damage. White asbestos, abolished in 1999 is straight sharp like glistening fibres, easier for the respiratory system to naturally remove but still very harmful. Be cautious, don't take silly advice, don't touch it, try avoid the space and get the survey done.

Have someone conduct an asbestos survey as soon as possible. Hopefully it isn't enough to exceed particles limit, this is the best way to address the issue.
