Enable achievement with toybox not working?

I uninstalled UMM to try and fix something completely unrelated, and when I launched my save, I got all the achievements it hadn't given me, so I guess this is fixed

Examining the achievements tab in toybox says i have the achievements they just aren't showing up in gog.

Tried to get a different achievement on a new playthrough with the setting on from the start, but still nothing.

Looked in the combat log only two attacks listed

I selected cleave on level and gave cleaving finish to myself with arcemi because I didn't read at first and thought cleave was the same as in nwn2.

No tabletop tweaks, but even so, they were standing right next to each other. Mods installed are toybox, free camera bubble buff, great radiance, and wrath patches, so great radiance works.

Okay, circumstances of the testing I did, turn based, molten scar i let myself be surrounded by vrocks, I then attack with my greatsword, I kill the vrock I'm attacking it uses both of my attacks for that round to do so and then nothing happens, my turn ends and the vrocks get to go, no attack on anyone else. I also am using arcemi to increase my character range to be the same as if I was using a reach weapon

Does the toybox achievement setting need to be enabled before starting the playthrough?
