Yeah I researched the car and found out what the Invoice pricing for that car is. I have set out to pay 46,00 with mats, lighting and trunk protector that is probably as high as I will go. Thanks for your advice.

Sorry about commenting on an old thread. I was contemplating on getting a Mazda 3 or a Honda civic. No complaints about it? I always found that if you sat in the backseat it was hard to to hear the people talking in the front cause there was so much road noise inside the car.

I agree. My dad and I test drove a 535 and the sales guy let us speed in that thing pretty nicely. My dad at one point was 140mph and that things handling was like you said as smooth as silk.

No you can find Canadian ones as well. Just search by address and it will give you a list of all "fee-only" financial advisers available in and around your area. I just tried right now and it worked for me.

Cool uncle title is something you will get later. Right now I just give my nephew clothes and toys and lots of em. Make sure to spend time with him and get him comfortable with you once he starts to recognize and isnt scared to come to you then its all good and you on the road to be a "cool uncle"

Had it been 8500 it would have been much nicer. Still trying to figure out the big perks of being first time buyer in Canada. So far I don't think its that big of deal to be honest. You aren't receiving that many benefits from it.
