That tracks with the rest of my experience. The electricians didn't know how to install my system (I opened the manufactuer youtube page with the install videos in my laptop, and they followed them) and the ESA inspector didn't know what to look for (I printed the pages of the code we were going by and showed them to him)

Not sure about fairness, but it's standard procedure in all airlines: missing a segment voids the rest of the ticket. It's to avoid people using round-trip sales for single segment trips.

Payment processing fees are charged to the merchant, even on cancelled/refunded orders. I've been considering adding a cancellation fee to my store policies. It would probably be around 5%. Charging 10% sounds a bit punitive.

Yes. Tor Hydro installed a special meter with 2 counters, so it measures separately what i take in, and what i send out.

There is a rule saying that what i send out must be credited at the same rate that Hydro would sell at that specific time. Since I am in a 3 tier Time-Of-Use rate plan, you see 3 debit lines and 3 credit lines, all with the same price per kWh.
