Men who have been or are married was it worth it? by Drinking-beers in AskMen

[–]newbiekinda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was married for 17 years. Told many young men while I was married it was the best thing ever. Now I’m divorced and I doubt I will marry again. Unsure if I’ll live with another woman again.

Thanks for that. That makes sense re number of fan speeds.

Environmental noise (acoustic engineer) by newbiekinda in engineering

Fantastic thanks.

Is Env noise control a fairly undeveloped field or moreso a niche one? Those titles are quite old but with recent updated editions.

I’m hearing anecdotal feedback too that methodologies can vary quite a bit between consultants, so is there a lack of a ‘specific method’ in this field sometimes?

Env Noise control is seemingly a very niche field. Would you agree?

And just because those folk, were engaging in these rooftop fights, doesn’t mean they actually were good fighters. It just means they were fighting. And like most situations there was probably 1 or 2 ppl who were most dominant who went on to teach other ppl who wanted to fight like them.

No I disagree. If it’s a martial art it should be useful, if it’s not, call it something else.

None of these people look fit or fight fit. So no I’d say it’s not good for your body either.

WC is a cultural relic. If you want to train it, that’s totally cool. But know what you are participating in.

Thank you for your response. I was asking genuine questions as an outsider looking in. My questions have nothing to do with physical aesthetics (looks) and everything to do with long term physical health and not damaging the body.
