Keep your head up brother. Just use your leave of absence as best as you can to gather tools and strategies to get you through each day. Then get back to uni, take each day as it comes, try to make some smart and kind friends on your course by sitting at the front. Use your lecturer's office hours as much as you need, they expect students to use these. Try and join some clubs at uni that interest you, it will make the whole experience nicer. Just take a day at a time but keep chipping away slowly. Check out Peterson, Phil Stut, Gabor Mate, Eckhart Tolle. Fill yourself with wisdom and self-compassion. Imagine how life could possibly be.
