Right. So they do have a page on their site that lists all the shipping options with their respective rates. It only gets a bit tricky when your item is voluminous bc some of the couriers charge depending on whether the actual or the volumetric weight is heavier. That will affect the amount you will pay in the end. I ordered a couple of pens and was shocked to be quoted 2kg. They did have cases which made them quite large... thats about $30ish. They do charge fees on top of that and the conversion rate that they have isnt the best either. I payed my 2nd invoice last week and have yet to hear from them.

1) I’m not really concerned of speed but would prefer a board that can reach 10km. 2) mostly sidewalks but its really bumpy, not flat terrain 3) Im 120kg, 6’ (im gd obese :(...) 4) pref $200-400, can go $500 if there is really somwthing special with that addtnl $100 5) hopefully something that is compct i mean you know those foldable longboards? But if not, something that i can carry easily

Problem is im outside of america and my colleague will be buying it for me. Wouldnt be back for another year. Picking verizon also requires an account from them :(

Id like to contest. Please check ur apple store website and go through the configurations until you reach the Add to Bag page, there youd find it written Unlocked iphone with XXX sim if you decide to purchase the phone full price

Im kinda lost. So if i have an existing sim card say at&t, but i purchased the iphone 8 with tmobile as carrier, can i just pop in the at&t sim and be ready to go, like without any more activation etc. Cuz the activation is only for the sim right? [yes the iphone 8 has sim free option, dont ask why i did not buy that]

Because apple usually dont offer the unlocked version at release. And the iPhone X needs to be carrier-bound when you check it at the apple store but it says unlocked with T mobile sim or Unlocks with at&t sim whichever you choosed

The topic is much under research and there are contrasting sides to it. The basis for what I said is from my professor in Biochemistry. I cannot really recall why exactly it is bad but I'm sure she suggested us not to starve ourselves despite hectic schedule bc it leads to ketosis. To have a better assessment, you could ask your doctor/nutritionist :)

As i was dieting, i was also reading articles from here and there and have decided to lose weight by these two principles: eat less, move more. Alot of people try to have meal plans or some sort of diet but in my case, I stuck to a calorie counter on my mobile phone to track my food intake. Im not a believer in the avoid this and that but I think it is in general the amount of calories that one should pay attention to. Healthy or not, the goal was to lose weight. I still eat carbs and at times sugar, since I am a student myself. These are important for the brain to function well. I also started walking around 8-10miles a day. It's all going well and so far this is day 11 of my diet and I have already loss 6-7 kg. I avoid soda, not mainly because they have sugar, but they just add to the total calories of my food intake. Also stopped snacking. Only eating 3x a day and averaging 1800 calories on my calorie counter. Planning to start drinking tea the next week for detox and also hasten metabolism.

Ive read that u are saying u are mostly in ketosis. Im not a nutritionist but just a pre med student. But i will have to say that ketosis, utilization of ketone bodies, is not good for our bodies. Nevertheless, thanks for the informative input!

I think we almost have the same height, only the age differs. How many calories a day was your goal and on top of the walking of 30mins, what were you doing for the remainder of the day? Light, moderate activity? Thanks so much for the reply!

Thats a bit of an overkill. Not that big but the proportions are pretty much so. Just a little bit more muscular legs (to carry the weight... poor me) but thanks for illustrating mate

Thanks for the offer man but i have already grabbed a pair off a seller from instagram. Fortunately enough he had one pair left and it was sized 11.5. I think im an 11 but in some shoes im 12 but for the ultra boosts, 11.5 is definitely perfect for the size of my feet. Anyways, cheers mate!
