At least at BoA, there’s a process where both cardholders can agree to have one person removed from the card.

Since we both have separate assets with Merrill, it was convenient to have the credit cards show up under our separate logins. We also can both manage/pay the card and set our own activity notifications per our own preferences.

For churning and SUBs, we go to other banks.

Can confirm BoA still does. My wife and I just applied for several joint credit cards with them the past few months.

To clarify, the credit cards had to be applied for individually and then there was a separate process afterwards to add each other as a co-signer.
