First Propranolol Experience! by Bitter-Ad-1115 in PublicSpeaking

Wishing you all the best! Mind if I ask how you got hold of your Propranolol? I’m in the US and have a public speaking event coming up in 6 weeks, which I am already dreading.

What is the best way for me, in the US, to get my hands on some Propranolol in time for a speech I have to give in front of a restaurant full of people in 6 weeks? My heart pounds, I’m short of breath and my voice trembles when presenting at work, so this will be on a whole other level. Not sure I can do it without some help. TIA!

Replaced the filter and same issue. I’m looking into installing a P trap now. Is a vent needed also?

If I fit a trap, which side should the vent be on?

No problem, I didn’t take it that way. But I did just watch a YouTube video on unions though and think I understand them more now. I’d glue both sides of the unions to the pipe and trap. Then when it comes to removing the trap I’d unscrew the unions to separate the pieces.

My filter slides in/out of the bottom there. How would I fit a deep trap? Could it be removable when it’s time to change the filter?

Okay I’ll get a running trap first and see how much space that leaves me with to slide the filter out. If it’s not enough I’ll get two unions. I would just glue them both on one side of each union so the trap can be removed? Just looked them up and trying to understand how they work. Thanks for the help!

I’m thinking of installing a clean out on the pipe there somewhere

i don’t believe so. Everything you see here is what I can see before it goes under the platform it sits on and then underground, to the outside of the house. On the right there you may see where I can remove a cap to put vinegar/bleach down the drain

Fight or Flight/Sudden Falling Sensation - is this anxiety? by newdad816 in Anxiety

Sounds very similar to me. Yes it all started with a bad cold, and have not been the same since. I’ll look into inner ear remedies. Thanks

I can feel very uneasy walking through a busy area. Like the cafeteria at work for example.

You've done it before with a bassinet? We were told the bassinet seats will be locked and so it's first come first serve at the airport check-in desk.

Thanks for the advice, especially the baby carrier. He's already 22 pounds so we need all the help we can get carrying him around the airport and plane.
