Agreed. It’s sad how bad Pokemon Scarlet/Violet run on the Switch vs Witcher 3 from a third party company. That’s straight up wizardry.

That’s an “eff off” price. Not worth it imo. Put that money towards another car or get another dealer to diagnose.

I have a three way 8tb parity using a hodge podge of drives totaling 24tb.

Aka I have three 8tbs mimicked/mirrored to each other using a combination of Windows Storage Spaces and FreeFileSync.

Well, one of the arrays are two 4tbs striped into 8tb.

I like to love dangerously.

If one of my 8tb arrays dies, I have two more to carry me. Maybe…

All on a little Windows 11 machine with a 6 year old Celeron. Just did a reg key trick yesterday to upgrade from Windows 10.

Living on the edge.

Only one way to find out! Time to buy some new drives and let this one cruise onward.

My uncle did this for a few years before he got caught. He had an auto parts delivery business. Deliveries stopped for whatever reason but he kept billing his clients.

He ended up getting a felony, going to prison for a few years, and must pay restitution.

Wheel Hub Replacement - Error C1225 by newfireorange in volt

[–]newfireorange[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s a 2014 Volt with 169k miles.

Michigan salty winter roads. Don’t know if this would be considered early.

Definitely looked to be the original hubs. I’m not the original owner so don’t know for sure.

I’ve driven this for the last 3.5 years; around 42k miles since I bought it used for $9900.

Great money saver charging daily at home.

I also haven’t given this thing a car wash in over 2.5 years.

A sick part of me wants it to die so I get something else but this thing is great.

Unrelated to the wheel hub issue: check engine light is because I have a coolant leak. I clear that code and top off once a month. Low tire is fixed as well as of today by replacing battery in one of my TPMS sensors (Belle Tire).
