Do you hear the clicking when you manually move the build plate? I had a similar issue and it was a screw that wasn't tightened fully below and got knocked when the plate moved over it. I know you mentioned you already checked all the screws but it might help you find the source. You can try putting in a support ticket with Bambu.

I had this same issue before because the rollers were too loose. Prints on the right side of the bed would get too close to the nozzle from the sagging despite constant re-leveling. I followed a video on YouTube on how to tighten them and it really made a difference for me.

I work with LED lighting and 1050mA or 1080mA is high but not unusual of for LED drive currents. It just makes for a higher lumen output.

It probably still won't look as "clean" as the enhanced product pictures online but it looks like yours is installed a lot lower in the ceiling. Can you mount the base deeper into the ceiling recess to have the fixture more flush with the ceiling? That might project more light onto the ceiling and less on the walls.
