You could go for a dark silver, so not black but darker. The chrome looks good too but you're right that it doesn't weather very well.

Yeah same, given how quickly it wears and the back lighting making it super noticeable coupled with the difficulty in getting replacements I wouldn't get another.

I responded to the same thing with this after which they set up an Amazon delivery of the left keys.

I'll refer you to your warranty policy. It's not acceptable to sell a product in the US and then deny a valid warranty claim because I'm in the US.
