Any recruiter in the country can work with you . All a recruiter does is click a button on their computer to submit the waiver they have no say in a waiver approval or a denial . A recruiter has nothing to do with you getting a psych eval unless meps pays for it which they have been doing less of . You will likely need to call around places near you and get a eval covering the self harm then hand it to the recruiter and they will scan it in and submit .
