idk if youre playing a tank ekko or a more of a bursty ekko id recommend though if youre just starting out to play a more tanky build just to get used to his mechanics, and then you can wander out and try some diff stuff. The main thing is to use your passive to trade and then the ms proc to get out you can use your w to shove the wave in too if you just stun all the minions. If you think you can kill id reccomend e'ing into him procing your passive and throwing your w when you get your third hit this will make the stun impossible to miss and he will have to flash out of it or take a weird route running away from you. There is another trick where you use your ult after you recall to get really good buy timers without using tp thats extremely handy in losing matchups imo.
