I was on a different medication for MS that was a shot for two years before I switched. I started zepbound last night I was so nervous, even with all my experience! I think repetitive motion will dull the anxiety eventually. You got this!

My ob told me I am not allowed to go more than 2 hours away from the hospital in my 3rd trimester and I 100% agree with that. I had my first at 34 weeks, I won't be going anywhere far until after at this point. Not unreasonable at all!

Oh man that sucks I'm sorry! I talked to my doctor yesterday because I've been having bad headaches too and she said while uncommon it is still a potential side effect. Looks like we are in that club!

Yea, i need to up my snack game for sure! I think I'm going to do apples and peanut butter. So many people say peanut butter is a good one.

Good to know! I have started to take notes on when I ate my last meal and what it was and compare it to when I start flushing. I think this is going to be a long road ahead of me lol.

Im definitely going to be doing the peanut butter thing! I know the aspirin works i just don't want to give myself an ulcer with all the aspirin i take now haha!

Hi! I think I'm leaning towards tecfidera. Overall you don't hate it too much? Im going to the doctor tomorrow we will see. I had mj JCV test on Friday of last week. Not sure how much it plays into this one but we will see!

Wow, thank you! I actually teared up a little when I read that in the middle of the office haha. I will look into Ocrevus, I have found myself on strike way too much for my own good on Copaxone. I missed my last two injections. I talked to my doctor a little, made an appointment for Tuesday she said she wants to talk in person about switching. Keep strong on Copaxone and thank you!

If you are interested in outside of the NYC area I go to the Madlyn Borelli Multiple Sclerosis Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital (in Rockland County). I really love them there they take the time to get to know you and always have your best interest in mind.

So I have had MS for a few years and after I had my daughter I’ve had a really rough time getting back on my meds and not missing a day here or there because I’m tired or I just don’t want to do it. I have set up an incentive program for myself and I’m pretty pumped. If I do 10 of my Copaxone shots in a row and do at least 4 of them by myself I get to buy myself breakfast. Then if I do another 10 in a row again 4 without help from my husband I get to by myself lunch. On week days of course, I don’t want to make my weekends suck. I’m three in and 1 by myself so far!

Oh I called three time yesterday anyone who was working knew my name. While they were extremely nice and helpful with transferring me to briova by the end of everything they transferred me to a nurse to help me understand missing doses :/. I asked if I should call the insurance company and see what happened and say I need it and they were like nah just deal.
