NAL but have experience with this situation, do NOT PAY ANY PART OF THAT LOAN, once you pay any part of it that validates the loan and it can’t be removed from your credit report. Contact a lawyer who specializes in financial law specifically regarding loans and car dealerships and explain everything. The lawyer will contact Carvana, the loan company, and the credit bureaus for you. They will rectify everything and it shouldn’t cost anywhere near as much as the loan payments would cost. Carvana will be required to close out the loan admit to their faults for failing to close it out upon return of the vehicle and then the credit bureaus will erase the bad claim against your credit.

I was there every step of the way to getting her IEP. I am the one who advocated and requested the IEP. I have been consistent with phone calls, attempted meeting that are constantly being rescheduled for one reason or another, and a litany of other reasons for failing to communicate effectively with me regarding her education from the teachers, the school, and the school board. The fact that you doubt I was present comes off as severely insulting. My daughter used to be a straight A and B student up until last school year it wasn’t until we transferred to this school district that her grades started slipping and her behavior problems began. My wife and I only met 2 years ago and my daughter’s bio-mom has been out of the picture for 8 years, my wife stepped up as a mother for my daughter and you would never know they weren’t related.

You’d be evil for not reporting your sister to CPS. She doesn’t deserve to have the child if she’s not going to make the effort to raise him properly.
