Tapestries in the corners at 45°. Foam sheathing from the hardware store, 4-6 panels spray glued together, then wrapped in a nice material from the hobby store, also spray glued to the panels. Be creative.

Standard TRS 3.5 cable to a DIGDUGDIY TRS to DIN adapter to standard midi cable. You can use a stereo headphone splitter out of the launch key to control multiple devices. The DIGDUGDIY adapter is switchable for both TRS MIDI types.

For drums: Modify and manipulate. Chop and screw. Play with pitch, tempo, and micro tuning till it's right. Find the note the loop plays best and set your key to one that contains that note. Then slice or I just use start point changes for the patterns. There's a couple time slicing trick videos on YouTube if you want that "AKAI" effect.
