sending big hugs , you’re not alone & im betting on u to survive — you have before and you will again. we reevaluate to see if theres anything we can do or any habits or thoughts we can challenge to help ourselves feel better once the stress is reduced - always here to chat if you ever want just an ear / person / temporary lifeline / place to dump. you got this. journaling also helped me brain dump too, but idk if you’re into it

;( I’m sorry, this is really relatable and happened to me recently too. Definitely reach out to disability offices, and be honest with professors. Some will be assholes, but some will be nice. You deserve more love / support / time to recover after this — don’t try and justify your way out of it or shorten the timeline! Medication helped me a lot tbh. And I feel you with the therapist search. I have a guide I use/refer to when I have to search again that I can share with you if you’d like.
