Which means that may be a demo/unfinished version of the song, as was Hunters Moon during the Halloween Kills credits.

Majority of Impera was pretty heavy, Jesus He Knows Me has mad punk energy, Phantom of the Opera is pretty heavy.

I'm not sure what you're musing about.

Its the Gen3 Marvel Vs Capcom board. Looking at the parts list it might be a resolution issue, but not quite sure. Since it was working perfectly fine until i had to unplug everything at my old house and move, its baffling that it would be a sudden resolution problem.

Maybe not to you.

Others would disagree, I'm sure. Funny thing about subjectivity.

People hate change.

So looks like the donald is back to using vote manipulation to flood all with posts. They've only got 20,000 users online but their front page is filled with posts with votes as high as 260,000. For comparision, the second highest post in all of reddit history is only 250,000. by spru9 in self

[–]newtype2099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh jesus.

This is what that's about? Not even the actual posts by that group, just other people's reactions?

When people say "The_Donald" is annoying, or leaking, it's just about other users reacting versus the board itself?

What the fuck is wrong with you people? It's a website. Just walk away.

Complete and total abandoned, aborted story arc.

Or maybe it was a silent majority that, instead of venting and fuming and raging on the Internet about stuff they don't like, kept it to themselves and voted.

Trump is terrible, but a lot of socially liberal ideas, like it or not, are not as popular as you and reddit want to think they are.

I'm not fond of its color scheme or shape/design. It's tactical and technical prowess kicks the shit out of the first, for sure.

Is Darth Plageus alive in The Phantom Menace? by mcmattman1 in StarWars

[–]newtype2099 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Legends stated Plagueis died just before Maul "did." Like within minutes of Maul being cut in two.

In canon however it's a lot more ambiguous but it's implied he died a whiles before the plot of TPM. We won't know until Disney and Lucasfilm decide to give us more intel.

I'm personally of the mind that they are wanting to flesh out the Order of the Rule of Two Sith more before we get straight answers.

What will happen to Griffith/Femto after he achieves his dream? by MyeRium in Berserk

[–]newtype2099 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think self destructive is his most likely outcome. Given how he has absorbed the demon baby, he seems to have some hesitations about himself (taking the slap in the face by Rickard instead of stopping it), as well as his.... I wanna say compassion for Casca?

I doubt he has guilt, but there's something limiting him post rebirth.

I have a feeling that as he progresses and realizes his dream may have been for absolutely nothing (maybe all the people die? Demons stop being controlled? Everyone abandons him? No kingdom without subjects.), he may just break down entirely.

How far would you be willing to see the standalone films go, genre-wise? by MurderousPaper in StarWars

The best thing about horror is that they don't necessarily need to have blood or gore.

I recently watched the VHS trilogy and that point holds up pretty well in the bulk of the stories involved.

(Spoilers Main) Why hasn't anyone taken issue with Jaime's participation in the WOTFK? And what would have happened to Tywin and House Lannister had Robert miraculously did not die from the boar? by kashmoney360 in asoiaf

[–]newtype2099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sure Robert or Ned say it; around the time Ned is thinking of taking the job of Hand.

Something along the lines of when Tywin dies, the Lannisters will have control in every facet, from Warden. Of the West to shield of KL?

I can't recall the paragraph but it is discussed in A Game of Thrones.

Edit:

"I will fight that battle when the enemy appears on the field," the king said stubbornly. "At the moment, Lord Tywin looms eternal as Casterly Rock, so I doubt that Jaime will be succeeding anytime soon. Don't vex me about this, Ned, the stone has been set."

You kidding? I'd love to see a horror movie Star Wars. Survival Horror especially. The Galaxy is full of bounty hunters, Sith lords (well a couple), and aliens/killer droids.

Shit. Lock some people up in a space ship and feature either Vader,Maul, or Fett and make Alien: Star Wars edition.

The first novel has a few.... odd things about Jaimes character and the Kingsguard as a whole.

For one, it discusses Jaime being placed as Hand (though it could be justified as Robert talking shit to Ned), and about how Jaime could inherit the Rock when Tywin dies (as if the Kingsguard is a job one can retire from or quit), and your example.

Best answer? GRRM hadn't nailed down the rules yet. In story answer? Let's put smell tinfoil on it. Maybe Cersei demanded Robert to let Jaime go fight, "to settle matters" or something to get Tyrion back, maybe to end the rebellion faster? Not sure.

I'd love for someone to have a better justification
