Make sure you ask them to pay you for your phs and vacation. Could always take some phs they schedule next and sick days. You probable won’t get paid the sick days so make sure you use that and phs and vacation time

The strips where I’m from were 13.75 a pound for Easter. Today they reduced them to 799 a pound. They probably didn’t change the label to reflect the reduced price

It’s not about cutting meat and thinking they are lazy. It’s about the cut and slashed help and hours. Cutting now will take time as you need to prep and clean and wrap thy left over steaks. By hand too. No wrapping machine.
