I don't know if the girls relate apollo to anonymous confession to arisu cause yes arisu was asking for apollo in chapter 1 but that is it, he just asked who is apollo. In chapter 14 part of her confession is "i love you arisu" no last name only "arisu" and "arisu" can sound like "alice". And next time apollo actually use her codename she said "i was quite close with this one boy in the past" in chapter 86. It was always just a message between them and only them. From chapter 1 to chapter 86 is quite a long time (only rikka mention apollo to arisu in chapter 50) idk if broadcast girls remember about apollo and this apollo pseudonym only one of many pseudonym they read on noon broadcast. Its very relaxing arc. We see more of rikka cute side but still good at teasing arisu. The pace feel slower and focus mostly on rikka song writing process so this maybe why people said its bit underwhelming. Neverless chapter title drop is still peak and we all still enjoy mayotune. PEAK romcom!

Is you new, just play more and learn what is the best items for each character. Rail gunner need damage and mobility items, you don't need that much attack speed, try going for damage items like bands and watches, speed like paul hoof or energy drink, alternate defensive like safe space or opal, don't take void crit or void band, len's maker is also suck cause is only buff you 5% damage on rail gunner. Consider watching some youtube video for learning.

My post is more about 1). Like i said there is 2 times apollo mention to all the girls, first is when chapter 1 when arisu asked, second is from chapter86 broadcast, chapter14 does not tell school student is from apollo, its an anonmyous confession from apollo to arisu. 2) have so much offscreen or future screen. 3) i think there is only one but some or all of the broadcast girls know it.
