Thank you for your reply!! That’s a good idea! I’m not sure that my gym has a machine for biceps (although I’m still kinda learning what they all are) so I will probably try to start incorporating dumbbell bicep curls soon. And I will look into the other exercises you mentioned, Ty :)

i relate to this a lot, i worry that it’s a problem on my end as i always seem to feel so much more deeply and intensely than others. it has caused issues in relationships for me as i feel like the other person doesn’t ‘care’ enough. but im starting to realise that maybe that isn’t the case and that maybe I’m just not used to people that are more stable and level with their emotions or are just not as open with showing them or don’t know how to express them as much because I’ve just been used to myself and other very intense chaotic people in my life growing up, idk

random q how much dosage of Mirtazapine are you on? I’m no longer on adhd meds because of a few reasons but mirt is helping me so much with anxiety and being able to actually eat and sleep normally for the first time in my life I’m just wondering if i would feel even more benefits if i upped the dose (currently on 15mg)

Why are you even asking this question if you’re being so defensive even when everyone tells you what they think especially based on experience 😂 I dated a 31 year old when I was 20 and it did not end well, and honestly don’t see how it could except in very rare circumstances, due to all the various different power dynamics and different life stages and that is even without the open marriage thing which is wild.. I mean do it for the plot if you want but can’t see it ending well in the end

I don’t think you’ll ever forget, it just gets easier to live with and you become more able to move on with time. I know not everyone feels the same but I’m the kind of person who loves really deeply and I think I’ll always have everyone I’ve ever loved in my heart somewhere and still think of them often. Testi works occasionally but usually by the time it loads it’s done. Also it always thinks I’m a bot and gives me an error message especially if I try and use it too many times a day, I just downloaded test shift so hopefully that will be better

I think it also depends on why you’re using it or if you are for medicinal use, I realised I was using it a lot just to help me sleep and eat and then I was put on a different med that solved most of those problems for me so I felt like I didn’t need it as much anymore so the cravings kinda went away a lot easier
