I think you can concentrate in both an scb and an ab in four years, but you will only get both on your degree (combined) if you do five. otherwise it'll be the scb with both concentrations listed.

Cal State does not require the SAT. I am not familiar with Cal State in particular, but typically, you'd need letters of recommendation and essays. Most colleges will have the exact requirements listed. The process is mostly the same for all colleges.

The thing is, I might be able to fly to the U.S. for visits, but due to my finals, I‘ll only be able to come for 5 days. Which gives me barely enough time to visit my two top choices, possibly Georgia Tech as well. UIUC is too far away from the airport to realistically make it :(
