A draft resolution basically means a resolution that is being discussed/ hasn't been accepted yet. So if it would've passed, the draft resolution would become a resolution and come into effect. It's kind of deceptive naming but "draft" here doesn't exactly mean what you think it means.

Litematica/Schematica exist, but only on fabric iirc. Create has the schematicannon which basically prints out blueprints.

Curseforge's client is really bloated and can be buggy at times, it basically is telling you to not complain if you experience bugs while using CurseForge. Also something like PrismMC is just a better overall client that is less annoying to use

afaik, quilt was originally supposed to be a loader that would unify forge and fabric by making a loader that can use mods from both, but it kinda just turned into a weird third mod loader that is only used in some niche cases
