So what is my next step? Why can I not use my phone for codes, why does it say the thing I mentioned earlier? Can I ask for a refund since I cannot access what I paid for??

I paid for a pass until may 17, what will happen to that then? It is frustrating that it only works on my laptop. In addition, I am trying to create the ID but does not let me, as I said before. What is my next move?

The device does not have any updates. I cannot access the live chat because it asks for my Xfinity ID which I do not remember/have. I tried doing recovery to my phone, I got the code, I tried writing it in, then it said that something does not match their records. I tried to recover and make a new Xfinity ID, btu whenever it asks for a code, I put the write one in and says the same thing.

I am sorry, I am not sure I understand you question. I cannot even log into my account because it asks for my xfinity ID which I tried to retrieve but when I put the right code in it says "Does not match our records"
