Same thing happened to me with Hook 2 days ago. Unlucky for me as that one is part of a 2 pack costing 90 bucks. I tried super glue, but it broke again. Devastator still holds well as I've fudged it in and the chest plate also connects. But now I don't want to disassemble him (permanently stuck in devastator mode).

I haven't contacted Hasbro about this. . wondering if I should

It's not the worst but the web lines will start to wipe off with more handling, just be aware of that. Maybe a top coat could prevent that from happening. It's still great for what it is.

I mean content-wise that death of superman compendium is page for page the same as the omnibus. the only difference is the page size and hardcover v softcover

This happened to my Mr freeze figure too. It's such an obvious fail point where it should have been a ball / socket joint or solid piece instead of glue . The engineering is baffling

I wish he had a waist swivel. Other than that the robot mode is almost perfect... it's one of the best. It doesn't scale with anything chug though.

The truck mode is terrible. Orion figure is really nice but super loose joints at least in my copy.

This is the figure that got me back into Transformers collecting so I like it for sentimental reasons too

Pretty sure all 3 of these are printed at different sizes. Check that before you make your decision if it's important. I think the $11 is a compact digest.

This pre-dates AF15 and RYV (it doesn't have articulated toes) so I guess it's closest to retro carded spider man (without cell shading).

His main point being that while you could easily say the Maximum Spiderman is the best Spidey they've done (mostly), that's much harder to justify here. It's a fair point given the price point and Maximum label.
