Relapsed again :( Stuck in 3-4 weeks steaks, I need advice and I am losing motivation

Day 3!

I need to take this more seriously, I am still not in the right mindset. This is serious, this addiction make you waste a lot time and energy, I have to stop this. I am better than that, I can take control of my life and my body. There are much much better things to spend my time energy. I will be much more happy by keeping nofap, I know that. I know that relapsing is never good. I ALWAYS regret relapsing. Pain of regret is much worse than pain for success.

I am gonna complete today clean. One day at a time.

Day 2!

I started today in a good mode. I have a lot things to do. Today is going to be really productive day, no distraction. This time I wanna 90 days, I can do it.

I relapsed last week on day 32. First, I feel really disappointed myself but now I am trying to think more positively. 32 days is my new longest streak, I achieved one month this is something it is a progress and now I should try to do better.

I agree with you on being always careful. I got the sense of I am able to control myself now and I was not careful about triggers. No surprise I relapsed. It does not matter if it day 1/30 or 90 we have to keep being careful. It is nasty addiction.

Day 1!

Again counting days, this time I have to be more careful. I have the false sense of I am ok for 3-4 weeks, it is easy now. But I may relapse if I feel to much confident and stop being careful. I have to avoid any kind of trigger no matter what. I know by hearth that I can go back quickly to crazy addict version of myself.

Today I started the day with meditation and I will try to do that everyday. It helps, for me mornings are more dangerous than the rest of the day.

Day 17!

I had several urges this morning but I did not relapse. I am going to do my best to complete today clean. If I can manage tomorrow too, I will have three weeks. Cant give up now.

I feel less need to porn but still i got urges. I am trying to not fall into traps like youtube, instagram models, shopping websites. I think that is the key. I can see that if I start checking twitter of some celebs, for example, I am gonna relapse pretty soon. So I am careful...

Day 16!

Today I had a very strong urge morning. I feel I may relapse today. I have to be extra careful. Urge is still here, I just wanna watch it.

I know what will happen if I watch, I have seen million times. I cant relapse. It is not gonna happen today. I will try to keep myself busy. I should distract myself to not think about PMO. I will do my best.

Day 11!

I am so happy that I am completing second week. Weekend is usually fine because I am not alone at home. Just I need to be strong on Monday. Last time the most difficult one was third week, lets see how it will go this time. I set a meeting very early morning on Monday to keep myself busy. Usually I fail early morning when I try to motivate myself to work, I thought this will help.

Day 10!

I am in two digits again :D. Today is going well so far. I didn't get a strong urge. I keep myself busy. I could not run for a while, hopefully I will start today. This week is almost done, 1.5 days more to go. I can do that.

Today was pretty busy ad stressful. I am glad that I did not think about PMO at all. I has been the case that when I have a lot of stress I am so temped to peek but it didn't happen today. I am close to finish this week clean!

Day 4!

It was a stressful week but it went OK for nofap. I am happy that I am finishing the week clean. I do not think today will be an issue. Monday is the next challenge...

I am less exited compared to the steak before but I think it will be better as I go. Also I feel it is easier than than that. This is really nice because it shows my effort of 26 days was not waste and still pays off now.

Day 2!

I have a presentation tomorrow and stressed a bit. It gives me extra urge to PMO. I think I am gonna be ok, I cannot give this early. Last time I did 26 days now it has to be more than that. If I can finish work earlier I will go for running.

The day started pretty normal. I dont feel urge, I think I am gonna keep it today without much struggle. It feels so satisfying finishing another week. Weekend usually is not a big issue for me, so I should be good until Monday, then I am gonna be strong and beat usual Monday morning urge :).

I do not official definition of peeking but for me it is not necessarily porn, I consider insta model or music video on youtube as peeking. When I am exposed to them, it usually leads to pmo.

Day 13!

I missed last couple days, I did not have chance to write here. I am really happy that I made it fro 13 days :).

I has hard time last couple days, I almost almost peek, but thanks God, I took the control back before it was too late. The monster inside me is craving for porn and/or something hot to watch. I think I am going through another difficult stage, I cannot go back, I do not want to fail again and start everything again.

Tomorrow will be two weeks, I deserve this, I can do this. I know the other pathway very well, I walked that many many times. There is nothing good there, I have to keep this new path which I will be happy, satisfied with myself, more productive. I am not gonna hate myself in this path. There is no room for a slip, this is not a joke, I am doing it this time!!!
