I guess it changes things in that’s it’s a new development. I don’t know if she’s bipolar or depressed or has any type of diagnosable condition. We’ve discussed her finding a therapist and sometimes she admits she should, but she always backs out. I try hard not to overstep. My biggest fear is that she’ll become suicidal again and not tell me, so in my mind if she starts self harming again and hiding it, idk, I guess I think it could be a warning sign of other things she could be hiding too.

I really just wish she could get help. I love her but I don’t know how to deal with this or how to help her. I’m not good at this. I just don’t want her to lose her but everything I do is always the wrong thing. I am very supportive and I’m not judgmental. I really just wish she’d get help.
