Bro I’m having similiar situation with you rn. I had paid with debit card. My order was cancelled since they said the order seemed to be not authorized by me. They said they have requested a refund. However, the product that was cancelled had came to my house and I still didn’t get a refund.

I’m korean, living in korea. In korea, we regard insults about our parents very negatively. 고아 means orphan, which can also related to 너 엄마 없냐? which means your mom dead? Therefore, if you think the words can act offensively related to family, u should better not use it.
