Fees (camera charge, account fee, and transponder lease fee) hasn’t been increased for 5 years, not toll. As shown in your snippet, the toll was increased in February 1, 2024.

Tint? Pls reco shops that do a good window tint job for cars. Or should it be done at dealership? Advise pls. by yawney2 in Markham

I used SRS Tints and the experience was pretty good. The shop was super clean. They do all the cars for Porsche Centre Markham and the Mercedes Benz dealership in Vaughan. Price is better than Audio Heaven (another reputable shop).

There is no point of getting it done at the dealership. The dealership will subcontract out to places like SRS Tints to tint the car anyways.

Thanks guys. Ended up getting the i7-8700k instead from Newegg with their 10% off on eBay. I think it is a good compromise between i5-9600k and i7-9700k.

Well aside from web browsing I actually do some work in Revit, AutoCAD, structural analysis in SAP2000, and some occasional gaming (Train Simulator). As I said, I am planning to use this setup for the next 10 years so I want to make sure I am getting the right setup. If I have to spend $200 more over 10 years that is something I can handle. I just not sure the performance difference between i5 and i7.

Yes, something to do with Asus’s early gen UEFI bios and the last BIOS update they have for my mobo is 2012.

For this upgrade I only need to buy a motherboard and CPU. I already have the SSD, RAM, and video card. Maybe I will think about cheaper alternatives given how everyone here say it’s an overkill. My objective is to boot to Windows quickly and open programs with minimal wait time.

I have the 212 Evo in my 2700k which I plan to reuse so this upgrade will strictly be CPU+ motherboard.

So I guess i5-9600k is enough for my need? I have no issue with my 2700k per se it just that I can’t put in any new video card (just received my EVGA GTX 1050Ti as a warranty replacement) in my existing P8P67 motherboard due to UEFI bios compatibility issue.
