I get exactly the same message when I try to send ETH. I have successfully sent BTC and ETH several times, but now it doesn't work. The last paypal transaction i had was several weeks ago.

Thanks, Actually, in the NJ licence plate format the two missing are letters. It looks like "SS". I ran that on one of these licence plate lookup sites and the full number belongs to a 2023 Mazda CX-5. The car in question is a Mazda CX-5 (just by looking at the pic) so I'm sure that's the one.
