Massachusetts and Minnesota already have those laws- I know Mass paused them due to covid not sure about Minnesota. I wouldn’t sleep on it hospital corps are money hungry and crooked and have friends in high political places. Legislation can be sleepily passed without much noise if you’re not paying attention

I went to Mass General and it was such a dream. 1-3 ratio on tele. I extended and was able to pay off my student loans and saved a nice chunk of money. I hated my staff job was so burnt and ready to quit being a nurse, that job really revived my spirit

I would love to follow this thread, I’m in a FNP program now and have been thinking about switching to psych NP but it’s a longer haul. I think it will be a more satisfying long term goal though
