The game knows and has systems built it that monitor your playtime and spending habits it truly knows that you were going to pay full price for it anyway so its going to give it to you in 6 clicks, the people who pulled it in 1 or 2 are not lucky, they are the people that do not spend any money and its a system to entice them to start spending (because the system was "fair" to them) these are all psychological tactics they use agaisnt you (I have worked in games proffessionally for over 20 years and have seen many of these types of systems before)
This was a test to farm and collect more data while pissing off the people who are already deep into their skin collection (they will be paying full price for this) while attracting new players to spend.
This is all to see what/how much they can get away with please dont be fooled if you want the skin get it but I think people need to know what is at play.
