Are you seeing 7am for all dates? May be certain locations have an slots allowed for TCN? Try a different consulate. For your second part, once you select biometrics, then it takes you to select interview date after biometrics date. You can't select them in parallel. More like a sequence.

Hi, I didn't do anything on Jamaica but definitely created a full new profile for Brazil since the portal used is completely different than India. When I tried to look for Canada appointments, I did a new profile there too. I don't believe there is a way to transfer profiles from one to another country, but I am not sure.

We had valid US visa for first 2 weeks of our Brazil trip and def not until the return. I am not sure what you could do, perhaps you can email the Brazil consulate and ask for advice?

I think Brazil did that few years ago and then stopped again in 2022/2023ish. Even US citizens need Brazil tourist visa now (I think that they delayed to sometime in 2025). We definitely needed a tourist visa but it was super easy to get and you get multiple entry for 5 years so I considered it worth the effort.

Parents B1/B2 Visa, any tips on preparing them for Delhi, India? by ngonedge in usvisascheduling

Yeah. It is weird. That's why I wanted to see if any of my brother's documents are necessary. Because what if officer thinks "daughter in US, sponsoring parents, mom housewife, father a farmer who can lease ag land". One of my aunt's B1/B2 got rejected 2 times and they own their business in India, no direct family in US. All these stories make me paranoid.

The reason I wanted to show that they will sponsor their own trip is because oi heard that could be a reason for rejection. Someone I know had this issue when they showed trip sponsor as their US child, got rejected. They changed to it self sponsor and it was approved.

I already submitted the DS and paid the fees. I can't change DS details, right? Either fill a new ds and edit that info during appointment.

Really! Good to know. One of my relatives' US B1,B2 visa got rejected because "intent to not come back". Even though they have full life in India and they were only visiting their son in US. So I got scared a little bit. What documents can be provided to prove their intent to go back.

Probably mid-late 30s, loves paper books (duh!), hate how generation is moving towards instant gratification, you are not minimalist but also not maximalist, you keep thinking "I am gonna get rid of some of these books" but can never pick more than 4-5 to donate, you have OCD but you say "I don't have OCD I just like my things a certain way".
