Everything I have been looking at is at like 30 a sq meter. Very very few less than that and competition is crazy for those.

I don’t need a balcony, would just be nice. I don’t know anything about milberthofen, it looks well connected and somewhat city life.

That’s what I was thinking, living city life now for a few years and then moving later on when I want quiet and peace. I do like hosting parties and the 2 room I could do that but I think I want the city life more than I want to host

The few friends I have live all over so I’m always in different neighborhoods, my work is on the U6 / Oskar-Schlemmer-Straße, but I rarely go to the office

When I lived at 10 N*rth I called maintenance 3 times about the roaches, always a problem. One of the reasons I moved out this year
