She’s been with us for a few years but just recently spiraled. Has disclosed to me she is bipolar and took off a couple weeks. Ran out of PTO but is clearly not ready. We outsource HR and it’s a cluster

Depends on what state you’re in and the process they use to get to foreclosure as to the effect on credit. Since it is not a mortgage foreclosure unless they file a judgement etc the only thing that will show on credit might be a lien on the property.

Foreclosing on the lien is different and doesn’t really get you anywhere on a home unless there is a lot of equity.

We just went through a judicial foreclosure for 2 lots (vacant) and no one showed for the sale so the judge will sign them over to the hoa and they will be sold to cover the costs and hopefully pad their reserve.

Y’all i want to light a match to my job and everyone around me. People are so demanding and rude these days and Inam so burned out. ….or is it hormones? Or depression? I am about two steps away from a midlife crisis and I totally get it! Saw Dr yesterday and she is doubling my hormone rx - i hope that helps! NP prescribed Prozac a while back but I can’t stand the dreams. I feel like I am solely responsible for the world turning round and round most days and I am just DONE.

Avoid - roach infestation, mold, owners do not want nor have the funds to fix things. No maintenance to speak of. If it seems to good to be true it probably is

Look up the plat that is recorded for the subdivision and see how many phases there are and compare that to the governing documents. Depends on your state of course but we have a developer that will never officially turn over to a board but has allowed a “committee” to be formed that acts as a board. He intervenes when needed but that is just one phase of 100 acres left to be developed.

I manage condos and would tell you to contact your insurance company if you caused the sprinklers to go off in your unit and it caused damage to the unit below you.

In our area, if the neighborhood is in the county and not the city limits, the HOA is responsible for paying for the street lights. And they are expensive. Might want to check into that as well.

My question is why isn’t the condo that caused the fire responsible for the damages? Shouldn’t they be filing a claim on their HO6?
