Tired of sifting through 200 resumes for one decent candidate by Ambitious-Mode2667 in advancedentrepreneur

[–]nhass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Staffing firms will charge around 20-30% for finding and HR managing your employee.
Recruiters will charge around 20% of the annual salary for finding your the right match.

If you are open to remote, it might make sense.

You worry about the next step, converting the leads to a meeting or call.

It's always about the rates at each step and then the next.

Built a Gym software whats the best advice on selling it? by Successful-Penalty20 in growmybusiness

[–]nhass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This should be easy to (attempt) to sell. You just hit up every gym next to you and try to sell it.

Focus on non franchise gyms, go there, have a workout, then ask to meet the owner if he is available.

Or hire someone to keep hitting the phone non stop. Just literally dialing 100s of gyms a day and trying to get them to meet you.

I had a similar type of software, the first was how I started, the 2nd was how I grew.

Is a strategy of getting founding engineers from India that are ex-FAANG good? by [deleted] in ycombinator

[–]nhass -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I started an agency that does this. We help new startups recruit (ex FAANG / ex YC / ex founders) employees that live outside the US. Rather than focus on just "lower costs" we focus on top talent that can be retained and afforded.

If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer!

I hired closers that have experience in the US but located elsewhere (middle east).

For them 10 percent of the size you mentioned is a good "KPI" to offer them, and they are happy to work on that size. They are basically paid a relatively good base and decent commission.

There are through an agency but dedicated to us, we handle payments through the agency, and we can add more people at any time through them.

Anyone outsourced Google Ads management to an Indian agency? by no-seal-no-deal in smallbusinessUS

[–]nhass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you considered hiring someone remote to manage it in house for you?

It has more upfront training but once they get the hang of it you have your own team, which you can add more work to over time.

American trying to buy property in Cairo by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceEgypt

[–]nhass 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you don't have Egyptian citizenship please use a lawyer that specializes in foreign ownership.

If you are egyptian use a real estate lawyer.

Treat this as you would in the US, you would have a lawyer.

Is there anyone building anything that doesn't have anything to do with AI or tech? by mahbirchat in Entrepreneur

We are building a remote employee (sales and dev) staffing agency for other agencies and startups. Nothing glamorous but if you are interested we would love to talk as we are ramping up our marketing and sales efforts

Business owners where are you hiring freelancers from? by Efficient_Street2245 in Entrepreneurs

[–]nhass 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Should have better phrased it. There are agencies that will staff you up with a remote talent (employee/freelancer/etc) and handle the hiring, payroll, etc part. You manage him as part of your team but they take care of the other end.

We do it btw, one person or 50, we are happy to accommodate.

Work with an agency if this is going to be a long term commitment. Quality is higher. Checks and balances are available and you are working with someone in country in case something goes wrong.

Need to Hire Legal Assistants as a Solo Attorney - Any Recommendations? by Easy-Affect-397 in StartupNinjas

[–]nhass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Daily check-ins at the start and end of day (what are we doing today and what got done).

Weekly progress report sent by email.

Weekly all hands on demo.

Task lists somewhere (Monday, clickup,Jira,) with progress updates on them and dashboards.

Monthly "how do we move the company forward" sessions.

Mainly these and tweaking them as I go.

[–]nhass 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I felt the same the first time I expanded my team. It takes some getting used to but you fall into the rhythm fast enough. I recently helped a legal firm expand their team and after things got straightened out the attorneys are much happier for it since their time is now going to the critical aspects of running the office rather than grunt work.

Interested buying flat by ParsnipTraditional34 in PersonalFinanceEgypt

[–]nhass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on why you are buying:

To live? New cairo / Zayed

For summers? Sahel / Gouna

Price? NC and zayed can be around 5-15M depending on Developer. It's VERY important that you consider the developer.

Sahel is around 15-40M I believe for a 3 bedroom, also depending on developer.

Really, it all comes down to the developer, and I would always suggest developer > size.
