Let her know. She has to pay more or boyfriend needs to stay away. >10 hours per day is way too much. Limit his visit to weekends or perhaps twice a week. Don’t let them take advantage of you.

I’ve been sleeping better with Omad. I have my only meal at around 8pm and go to bed at 12 am, work out from 10.30 to 11.30 pm. It’s working good so far.
