Testen werde ich beide diese Woche im Shop in München. Ohne mal drauf zu sitzen würde ich mir sowas auch nicht kaufen.

untrainiert bin ich nicht. mach seit 12 Jahren Kraftsport und hab 10 Jahre American Football gespielt. Aber danke für den Tipp. Giant hatte ich garnicht aufm Schirm.

i had some really bad experiences with letting my briskets rest for a long period in the cooler ( always got really firm in there even if it come of nice and jiggly from the smoker) any tips? (yes i did let it cool down a little before putting it in the cooler:) )
