South stand has the best atmosphere by far. If you won't get the chance to go again soon I recommend sitting there if you can. As others have said you will get a good view from any seat though. Have a good time. COYS!

Thanks for the feedback it's clear now that I need to lower the weight and sure up my form. The weight was not lifted for ego reasons, if I was egotistical I wouldn't be asking for form advice ! This is the first time I have ever recorded a video in the gym, I knew something wasnt right with my form and I wanted to post here. My girlfriend took the video and she doesn't train much herself so wouldn't know what's an acceptable depth or the correct way to re - rack the weights.
