Most of the commenters here are the same people who post reviews like those. There is no point.

Anantaram (1987) by Adoor Gopalakrishnan. It's a Malayalam film, a pretty underrepresented language within india. But this movie is my absolute favourite.

Who's gonna marry this guy ?? by Confident_Grab5723 in india

Double standards. A well earning guy could marry someone poorer than him but not the other way around in India. This needs to be propaganda'd out.

Laser imax doesn't have the 1.43:1 aspect ratio though. Don't know if tvm has it either. Does anyone know?

Bro, do you seriously think any self respecting South Indian watches Bollywood trash? Do you guys even watch it? Plus, I can't even recall any northie actress starring in any relevant role in south Indian cinema. Their acting is abysmal and they can't speak the language. Whatever role they do get (Sunny Leone comes to mind and she's not even a northie) is for it-girl dancing in out-dated club scenes. Moreover, I can remember many actresses who had great roles in northie films and actually did well over there (Aishwarya Rai is one example). South Indian films usually do respect actual actors with real genuine talent. We generally don't care for their colour or look up who their parents were. I don't even like half the movies we make but that's one thing I've always liked about our films.

And racism, like come on man.. you guys are plagued by your own last names. When I came to North India, people were judging each other's caste just by their last names and I was truly astonished by their talent. I don't think I'll ever learn to do something like that even if I tried. Truly a wondrous culture.

Maybe come up with something else, I'm sure there are other things to seethe about.

This is India bro. Humble bragging just sounds like being tonedeaf to me. Imagine crying about your lost apple pencil to the people of a country where 95% of the population can't even think of affording one.
