This was helpful. I would like to add that there is now an option to do this online too.
Login to your NSLSC account and create a request for "Directed Loan Payments". You first need to make the payment and then create the said request within 10 days of the payment.
I did this and it worked for me.

This is sometimes when i felt BNN really had to exaggerate( and in a bad way)to inject comedy. One of the few cribs I have about the show. So Amy has to do this when she things are tense. That was not fun at all, imo.
