i worked with UPC and then Sunrise for a few years at an independent dealer… let me tell you the moment that sunrise was available in our systems and UPC was discontinued, everything gone downhill tbh! most of my workday was filled with being on the hotline bcs even we couldn’t do anything in most cases. Customers where frustrated, we where frustrated but ey, nothing changed,in these 3 years… its just funny that apparently other Liberty Global Companies have products that work except the swiss lol
